data-end=\"767\">During autumn 2025, the Croatian partner implemented the SkillVista piloting phase across NGO-led training programmes, employability initiatives, and non-formal adult education centres.<\/p><p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"787\">The pilot engaged:<\/p><ul data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"848\"><li data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"813\"><p data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"813\">12 adult educators<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"848\"><p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"848\">30 vulnerable adult learners<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"1125\">Participants came from diverse backgrounds, including long-term unemployment, low formal education levels, social exclusion, and migration experiences. Many learners expressed low confidence in communication and teamwork, often linked to previous negative school experiences.<\/p><p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1418\">Rather than creating a separate course, the piloting phase focused on integrating the <strong data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1247\">Visual Methodology Mastery Kit<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1285\">SkillVista Platform tools<\/strong> directly into existing educational programmes.
