The organization also plays a key role in shaping public opinion and developing policies that address the unique challenges faced by this community.

Technology, Information and Resources (TIR) Group was founded on the belief that the 21st century marks the era of knowledge societies—where information, innovation, and education shape progress and inclusion. Inspired by Peter Drucker’s early insight into the power of knowledge workers, TIR embraces the value of human capital as a driver of social and economic change. Guided by its core 3Es principles—EMBRACE diversity, ENHANCE knowledge, and EMPOWER people—TIR works across the Youth, VET (Vocational Education and Training), and Adult education sectors to build a fairer and more informed society. With a strong foundation in education, training, research, and strategic development across the UK, Europe, and Asia, the organisation supports its partners and clients through practical tools, insight-driven solutions, and capacity-building. TIR’s approach blends research with action, enabling organisations to grow more competitive, inclusive, and forward-thinking in a knowledge-driven world.
