On 24 July 2024, the SkillVista project – Empowering Vulnerable Adults through Visual Learning for Soft Skills Development – was officially launched with a kick-off meeting hosted in Estonia by EESTI Vaimupuudega Inimeste Tugiliit.
Partners from Estonia, Croatia, and the Netherlands gathered to initiate the 18-month Erasmus+ Small-Scale Partnership in Adult Education, setting the strategic and operational foundation for the project.
The kick-off meeting played a crucial role in aligning the partnership around shared objectives and ensuring structured implementation. During the meeting, partners:
Confirmed the project structure, timeline, and key milestones
Clarified roles, responsibilities, and internal reporting procedures
Reviewed Erasmus+ quality standards and financial guidelines
Established the Steering Committee and communication protocols
Agreed on monitoring, evaluation, and risk management mechanisms
This structured planning ensures that all project activities including the Visual Methodology Mastery Kit and the SkillsVista digital platform are implemented with clarity, accountability, and quality.
SkillVista aims to contribute to inclusive upskilling pathways by equipping adult educators with innovative visual methodologies that empower vulnerable adult learners.
